How to send packages in JAPAN

1. Choose a box strong enough to hold the contents, and then securely seal your package.


2. Go to Japan.

3. Find the convenient store 'LAWSON'  or
                                'Japan Post Office'

4. Ask for Invoice (a sheet in blue) to a clerk.

   宅配を送ろうと思います。元払い伝票をお願いします。
   I want to send my package with the advance payment.

   宅配     を    送ろ    うと  思い  ます。
   TakuHaiO   Okuro  Uto  Omoi Masu.

   元払い        伝票      を   お願い  し   ます。
   MotoBarai  DenPyo O   Onegai  Shi  Masu.


5. If so, you can receive invoice. Then, Fill out an invoice. (Address, name etc,.)
   It's okay to write the address in Japanese or English.
   (If you read it on mobile, you can enlarge this screen with your fingers and check it out more clearly.)

7. All is done. Now go to the clerk again, and then pay it with cash.


8. After payment, you would receive a small piece of paper which tracking numbers are written on.


9. Then, enter the numbers here, and you can trace your package.
