1) You'd better write on Japanese. 

2) However, if you can't, it's not too bad to write on English, I guess.

3) It's totally okay to send your letter with Air mail (much cheaper than EMS).

* I sent letters written on Japanese and also with the other one written on English.

However, Sensei can't reply on your letter. She also can't let you know 'I received'.

So, if you send mail to her, mention it with @_saburouta on Twitter in order to let Sensei know your mail.

And saburouta Sensei pushed LIKE to Tweet which had asked whether it's okay to send fan letter in English.
