And saburouta Sensei pushed LIKE to Tweet which had asked whether it's okay to send fan letter in English. Seeing that, it's also not too bad to write fan letter in English if you can't use or can't trust translator.
[2 ways to send something to saburouta Sensei]
1. Only a letter.
1) You'd better write on Japanese.
2) However, if you can't, it's not too bad to write on English, I guess.
3) It's totally okay to send your letter with Air mail (much cheaper than EMS).
* I sent letters written on Japanese and also with the other one written on English.
